 designed to provide Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners with a practical w
 restling foundation that directly translates to both gi and no-gi grappl

 uses on the techniques and concepts most applicable to Brazilian Jiu-Jit
 su. Students will learn how to improve standing control\, create takedow
 n opportunities\, escape common grappling positions using wrestling prin
 ciples\, and maintain dominant positions throughout an exchange.\n\n\n\n
 Instruction emphasizes timing\, positioning\, leverage\, and efficient m

 oth your offensive wrestling and your ability to apply wrestling concept
 s during live grappling.\n\n\n\nBlock 1 – Standing Wrestling for Brazi
 lian Jiu-Jitsu\n\n\n\nStudents will develop a practical standing game fo
 cused on controlling the engagement before it reaches the ground. Instru
 ction emphasizes grip fighting\, positional dominance\, and high-percent
 age takedowns that translate directly to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi c
 ompetition.\n\n\n\nTopics Covered\n\n\n\n\nWrestling stance and movement
 \n\n\n\nHand fighting concepts\n\n\n\nDominating grips and controlling t

 cond half of the seminar focuses on applying wrestling techniques to com
 mon positions encountered in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students will learn ho
 w to utilize wrestling-based movement\, pressure\, and positioning to es
 cape inferior positions\, create scrambles\, reverse opponents\, and ret
 urn to dominant positions.\n\n\n\nTopics Covered\n\n\n\n\nWrestling-styl
 e stand-ups\n\n\n\nCreating and winning scrambles\n\n\n\nReversals using
  wrestling concepts\n\n\n\nIntegrating wrestling into everyday Brazilian
