DESCRIPTION:

The mount is widely considered one of the most dominant positions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and one of the most dangerous positions to find yourself in during a real-world self-defense encounter. This 90-minute seminar is designed to teach students the fundamental principles and techniques required to safely and efficiently escape the mount position.

Whether you have no prior grappling experience or are an experienced martial artist looking to refine your fundamentals, this seminar provides practical, high-percentage techniques that can be applied immediately in training or self-defense situations. Students will receive detailed technical instruction followed by structured partner drills to reinforce proper mechanics, timing, leverage, and body positioning.

Instruction emphasizes efficiency, leverage, and sound fundamentals rather than relying on strength or athleticism.
